What GPU do you have? AMD or NVidia? The ACER will take advantage of G-Sync (NVidia)... the Lenovo will take advantage of freesync (AMD). The Lenovo is also slightly larger and a little brighter.

As to which one is better? I'd side with the Lenovo if it wasn't for the fact I'm running a NVidia GTX1080.

The Lenovo is the one I'd lean towards then. Both are capable monitors, but the Lenovo offers freesync, which your video card can take advantage of. (freesync and G-sync are not interchangeable.)
