So, I have a 1 year old build : https://pcpartpicker.com/list/x8Vpmg
in short:
Ryzen 5 2600 (stock cooler)
Gigabyte RX 580
Gigabyte AX370M Gaming 3 motherboard
Cooler Master MasterWatt Lite 500W PSU (80+, but not even bronze)

I have $50 (inflation hits hard) , planning to save up to $100 in next months.
My question is:
1)With this money, should I go for a new and safer PSU? Or should I get a aftermarket cooler so I can get better performance during long sessions? Or should I save up even more?
2)For any of the answers, do you have any particular piece on your mind?

Solution
Yup, option one. If it's Cooler Master, it better be a Cooler Master V-series and this isn't; it's actually from the bottom of a product line that has a lot of stinkers. The stock cooling is fine for now in the face of a low quality PSU.

These are interesting however I have realized that local stores add up %25 more price than the MSRP prices. I'll consider thses if I have someone I know abroad. If you would, can you also recommend in a lower range as well?
