I wanted to know how well this computer will run with Windows7, I was wondering what frames I would be getting on games like Arma3, Battlefield 4, Star Wars Battlefront, etc. Thank you!

That sounds like a possibly failing GPU to me. A driver reinstall might be a good idea to clear any possible issues with software problems.

I'll double check it now.

You're the kind of sucker who tosses his processor in the trash every time Intel announces a new processor. The i7-3930k is an extremely fast and capable processor, and if the guy can get it at a good price, I'd say go for it. I just built a mini ITX rig with an i7-3770k and I couldn't be happier. I was at least $100-150 less than a Skylake i7 for virtually the same performance.

Reinstalled drivers multiple times, heard I had to update BIOS but I didn't want to brick my computer. Haven't ever really messed with BIOS myself.

http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/345490-31-crashing-gaming-black-screen-sound-loop <-- This is the same issue. I've tried almost every single solution and I only get temporary fixes until it inevitably returns. Also I have the Ultra lsp 550w psu.

I'm thinking of reinstalling Windows7 on it, some said that it fixed the issue, hoping that it would fix my issue as nothing else has, so far.
Update: Found this video of something similar to what happens to me: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Q_Eu1vSFgg
A difference being that my game lags much more after the black screen and sound loop and I'll have to restart the game b/c it won't stop lagging until then.
