I’d think so. Seeing as the 2080Ti was known to bottleneck the best CPU’s at 1080p and the 3070 is about equal in performance. However is it enough to actually something to worry about, possibly not.

Ok seeing as I only have a 1080p monitor I think I might wait for the RTX 3060 or TI whichever comes first
