I recently had to return a graphics card, so upon taking the graphics card out, I hooked my displays to the HDMI and Displayport on my motherboard. Now I'm unable to boot. Both my VGA and my Boot lights are on when I power up the PC. Both case and CPU fans are spinning, but for whatever reason, I'm unable to boot or post. I've already tried resetting CMOS, but no luck. Any input you have would be appreciated.

Sys Info:

CPU: Ryzen 7 3800x
Cooler: Noctua NH-D15S
Motherboard: Asus Gaming TUF x570
RAM: OLOy 32GB (2x16) DDR4-3600
PSU: Corsair RM750.

Solution
You don't have integrated graphics. Those ports on the motherboard don't do anything unless have a Ryzen APU in there, meaning a 2200G, 2400G, etc.

Oh wow I totally didn't know this. If I'm not interested in gaming and just want a fast workstation. What are some gpus you'd recommend?
