won't install net framework 4

i try both offline installer and web installer . . . i click exe file but nothing happen

Too you can try Visual Studio if you want to and need it .net will automatically be instaled on your system

now i use windows 7 ultimate 64bit .. i can't get any error .. simply i click exe file but nothing happen

Double click on it. ... lol, upgrade to Windows 8.1, it has integrated Microsoft net framework 4.5

>> Run the installer to install .NET 4.0 with Administrator Privilege
Note: Right-click the installer >> "Run as Administrator"

i did clean up . . . and install as "Run as Administrator" but still same
