Question wont turn on...

Hello all.

mobo is an asus b450m-a ii

everything is connected. power light on the mobo is on. i press the power button and nothing. i am thinking maybe its the fpanel connections.

the case is cyberpowerpc case. it has 3 fpanel connections. reset sw, hddled and power sw.

according to the manual and diagram the hddled goes on the bottom left 2 connections with the positive side on the left side. then the power sw goes on the top two on the right for power btn and the third one the reset one goes on the bottom right two next to the hddled. i also tried the power sw on the top two on the left under pwr led and nothing.

probably something minor but. got the 24 pin connector in. The CPU connector in. ssd's connected. cpu connected. hmmnnmm

I wonder if my 2600 died.

any ideas...

This very well could be a dead CPU, if this is the same one mentioned in your other thread.

Have you tested the power supply? The system should still power on even if the cpu is faulty

Gonna try another psu. Yes same pc.
