Working or not

My previous power supply blew and now my pc struggles to start up. I got a new one. But for some reason it won't start up. The pc does nothing as if there is no power. If I leave it (sometimes) on a power supply it wil magically start after a while but if I remove the power it doesn't want to. Any answers?
