working windows 10 bootable guide

does anyone have a working windows 10 install guide for windows 8...some of them don't work for me

1) Download the iso on preview.windows.com
2) After finished downloading, click on the file
3) Follow onscreen instructions
4) Wait a while...
5) Follow some more instructions...;-)
6) Wait SOME more...
7) You're on the desktop.
