This is a list of online computer parts stores. It's intended for those looking to assemble a computer or replace parts. It is sorted by continent or major geographical area, and then by alphabetical order.
:hello:

PLEASE NOTE: Tom's Hardware or myself make no claims as to the safety of visiting these sites or doing business with them. This information is all strictly for use at your own risk.

If you find anything suspicious or want to report an experience, good or bad, it's OK to do so in this thread, but a private message is better.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are an international user wanting a system suggested, it is best to buy locally rather than internationally. Many countries especially in the EU and Asia charge hefty import taxes in addition to customs fees and outrageous shipping fees if you import goods and parts from the US, UK, France, Germany, Japan, or other countries. Start here first.

PLEASE NOTE: To those suggesting builds, start here first BEFORE using PC Part Picker. PC Part Picker only has a very limited database of stores it can pick from. For any country not listed in PC Part Picker you will have to manually list the parts and prices in the OP's country of origin. It's not fun, but it's the only way that it can be done.

If you cannot read a website in a language that is not English, the Google Chrome browser has a helpful built in translating tool.

For the most accurate and current currency exchange rates, use this website: http://www.xe.com
It can exchange currency rates for more than two dozen currencies world wide.

Any new suggestions for stores will get taken into account and added to this thread: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-1643019/guide-international-users-links-part-stores.html

I got most of these by going to various manufacturer's websites (Corsair, EVGA, Crucial, Silverstone, NZXT, Cooler Master, etc) and clicking on the "where to buy" buttons. I've been checking most of these out - they seem pretty legit.

Also I've found that a few manufacturers including EVGA, Western Digital, and Crucial - offer their products to multiple countries directly.

Added some more for Isreal, and several Middle Eastern countries. Still haven't found any for the Caribbean yet but when I do I will update.

Also found out that Asbis (the store I linked to for Saudi Arabia and Kazakhstan) ships to over 30 countries in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Asia. If there's no store for your country, start there.

That does look promising. We'll put Absis at the top as well under International. I was just looking over the site... they are serious about being careful who they sell to, and that makes sense and is how they can ship to so many of those countries.

It's as stickied as it will get :)

http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/288241-31-buyer-guides-troubleshooting-tips

We don't like to have a lot of stickies at the top of the forum. The "How to ask" thread is a special exception. It's pretty easy to spot in a Google also.

I will probably make a new list, and break it down by region....

North America
Central America
South America

Europe
Eastern Europe

Middle East

Northern Africa
Central Africa
Southern Africa

I'm not sure how to divide Asia... South central, South east?

Maybe you could do it this way:

Western Asia - Russia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan

Middle East - Iraq, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Yemen, Afghanistan, Jordan, Syria, Israel, Lebanon, Qatar, United Arab Emirates

India Subcontinent - India, Nepal, Pakistan, Myanmar (Burma), Bhutan, Maldives, Sri Lanka

East Asia - China, Japan, North Korea, South Korea, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Russia, Mongolia

Asia Pacific - Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Papua New Ginuea, Micronesia, Solomon Islands, French Polynesia (Tahiti, etc)

Yes, that solidifies what I had in mind.

I think Russia will just have to be Russia, as it has parts in 3 regions.
