I believe I have a "worm". I would like to know, "how do I get rid of it?"

Both of those are good programs, however, some viruses embed themselves in your operating system and keep antivirus programs from working. You need to use the Kaspersky Rescue Disk -- a bootable CD/USB drive antivirus program better than anything else on the market. Once you remove your worm, I'd suggest using AVG Free as your antivirus program. It has the best reputation on the market for a reason 😀

Most of the worm infections are stubborn. You need to delete all its registry entries and associated files, so that it can be removed completely. If you don't have sufficient skills, you can ask help from http://www.teesupport.com/services/
