Not long ago I upgraded my mobo and cpu to a b550-a and a 5800x and I'm at a point where I can upgrade to Windows 11
When I search about if this is worth upgrading I see people wanting to stick to w10 till end of support

I'm asking here if there is any disadvantage/advantage with a ryzen cpu and just if w11 is in a good enough state to be worth the extra features.
So far I'm for upgrading because of AAC audio, new file explorer and new notepad

I'm using the latest bios version incase

Windows 11 is almost exactly the same as windows 10, the differences are minor so I would get it now if your PC can run it.

Its free, its not like it costs extra.

I have been on it for 2 years now, it feels just like 10.
I am on a 3600xt and X570 motherboard, windows 11 is fine.

Quick update here
After too much hassle with the installation assistant windows 11 is up and working
Is there any suggestions you would give?
The only major thing I miss from windows 10 is small taskbar

I would move start menu to left as then it really just feels like win 10 with a slightly different start menu

small taskbar? I missed the additional toolbars for a while as I used to hide all my desktop icons and have a desktop toolbar attached to taskbar. I just ignore fact desktop icons exist now.
