[SOLVED] Would a failing WiFi network adapter cause boot up issues?

I believe my Gigabyte - GC-WB867D-I PCIe x1 802.11a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi Adapter failed and I replaced it with an ASUS 802.11ac Wireless-AC1200 Bluetooth 4.0 PCIe/mPCIe Adapter (PCE-AC55BT) last night at 2am.

Would a failing network card cause wake from sleep and boot up issues in Windows 10 1903 - 18362.10000?

It's possible.
For instance....if there was a short or a failing component in the card.....it can cause PSU instability which can cause issues.

Since I removed the defected WiFi card system stability went back to normal and WiFi doesn't randomly go out anymore.
