Question would a rtx 2080 super compatible with 620w sessonic

b450 tomahawk mobo
seasonic s12ii 620w bronze
2x8 3000mhz ram " planning to get another 2x8 "
ryzen 5 1600 x " planning to get 3600 or 5600 still not sure which processor should i get "
and planning to buy rtx 2080 super ( had gtx 1070 but i just sold it )

so my question is would my psu handle these parts ?
and which processor should i buy
my aim is to play ultra settings at 1080p 60 fps

i am getting this 2080 super from a friend in a very good price
i will not oc my gpu
nither my cpu
i cant upgrade psu at the current time
so would it be safe to use my current psu ?
