looks pretty good, a suggestion though after the caution.
Caution: Ryzen can be picky when it comes to RAM, the RAM you are providing the CPU is the slowest supported speed, AND you are mixing modules. mixing modules is always a gamble, the only RAM that is guaranteed to work together are sold as a kit, a matched set.

I would get 2 x 8 GB 3000Mhz cas 15 or 16 RAM for the Ryzen CPU. a matched set that is tested to work in dual channel. Ryzens sweetspot for memory is @2933mhz so memory that is made to go faster can run at that speed with no issue or problem.
I would sell the 8GB module and any other parts left over and use that for the GPU fund.
I saw no mention of a monitor. if the resolution is 1080p or less the GPU upgrade can hold a bit, if resolution is higher a GPU upgrade is suggested ASAP.

I mean, the ram works fine, it’s been tested in another build, and I had no problems with it, I mean but yes, I will be getting other monitors, 1080p for now, not sure if the whole build would fit in that pc or not? As in would I need other wires etc? I’m new to building pcs that’s why I’m here hah, thank you tho!

the case, motherboard, and power supply will provide all the needed cables.
you can take cables from the old system, SATA being the main cable you may need and one may ship with the SSD.
everything should fit fine, that is a spacious case.

if you mix the RAM modules test them together thoroughly.
memtest86 is the preferred in depth test. let the program run for 5 passes, if after 5 complete passes you get no errors or reboots, congrats they will work. test may take better part of 2 days.

This may sound stupid, but would everything fit in the case? (NZXT one?) and the gpu I have, goes off mobo power, would that work? And do I need to buy a new HDD? To go with my SSD, I have one in my old build but I don’t know if there’s any point and would I need a new Windows 10

Get 3200 MHz RAM, Ryzen does better with higher RAM clocks...

No real need for any 800-850 watt PSU unless you have aspirations of adding a pair of 2080Ti's later ...

fit? check
mobo power? check the 1050 is a 75W card and the PCIe slot provides 75W.
HDD? you can re-use the old hard drive, the SSD will provide speed (install windows with only the SSD installed - after updates shut down and connect the HDD for mass storage) so the old drive will be the mass storage slow data. only need new drive if you need more space. (with a 1TB ssd I would use the old drive depending on size of course)
NEW Windows? if windows came with the system you will need a new license (OEM is tied to the hardware). you can run the OS un-activated for extended periods and activate when you can afford to. not a necessity right this second.

as mdd1963 mentioned 850W is a bit much, however you mentioned wanting a new GPU later so 850W would be apropos with a 1070-2080 card. the PSU will be working at near half capacity then and will be working at maximun efficiency. cooler means less heat in the case. the PSU will only provide what the system requires it will not be consuming 850W all the time.

pcpartpicker could save a few quid, I could not find that exact module so the list has the 32GB shown but the price is from the amazonuk 16GB module you selected
