Question Would anyone recommend using a random chinese power supply?

I know this probably sounds stupid. But I have a build that's only missing a power supply. I found a Delux DLP-550a in a custom built kiosk that I won in an auction a while. All the writing on it is in chinese. It appears to be 500w but I cant be sure.

Using it would save me $65 atleast and the system I plan on putting it in is relatively low spec and not too power intensive.

I've attached pictures of the power supply below, any thoughts?

The PSU is the primary thing you don't want to go cheap on.
A crappy one can die, and in its death throes, kill off other parts.

Don't buy this.
If you already "own" this, do not use it.

Only an idiot or a paid shill would recommend using such a garbage quality PSU. Using that pile could very well end up costing you much more than you saved.

Well, I'm sure that the component companies would recommend you use it so that they can sell you new components to replace the fried ones.
