Question Would it be more benificial to upgrade my Microphone or Interface?

I am currently looking to upgrade my microphone setup, I currently have an "Audio-Technica AT2020 Microphone" and a "Behringer UM2 Audio Interface". This setup hasn't necessarily done me wrong, however, I feel like it could improve. I am debating whether it would be more beneficial to get a new microphone or a new interface (I can only afford one at the moment). The Microphone that I am considering is the "Audio-Technica AT2035", and the Interface I am considering is the "Focusrite Scarlett Solo". Which do you feel would be more beneficial to get and why?

What is the use case?

What if any software are you using to process the audio or stream?

Is the problem local or in the finished product?
