Would it be safe to pour 99% isopropyl alcohol into my unplugged mechanical keyboard?

My mechanical keyboard is a tad dirty(complete understatement). I was wondering if submersing it in 99% Isopropyl Alcohol would be safe.

Well dude technically you can wash every part of your pc, accept the cpu in soapy water after they have been off for a while and let them cool for 2 weeks and it should work again, but I would`nt do that anyway so but for alcohol I`m not sure...

Yes it would be safe. You would need make sure all moisture is completely gone before plugging back in.
