Hi,
I will buy a new monitor and GPU but I can not determine if my build will be enough for 1440p gaming after the upgrade to choose just the right monitor for my final resolution. This is my current build https://pcpartpicker.com/list/qGjbf9
I will probably buy Sapphire PULSE Radeon RX 5700XT 8G because it fits my budget the most. RTX 2070 non-super is just around the same price and Super version starts about 100 USD more and continues to get more expensive which different versions which I would like to avoid. I don't think that I care that much about ray tracing and DLSS. Do you think that my build with 5700 XT would be enough for 1440p for at least 3+ years or would I need to start to compromise on the graphics quality a lot? What would you recommend?

Thank you.

It all depends on your graphics settings if you plan to use the GPU for 3+ years. You likely won't be playing most newer games on very high or ultra settings. For games already released and in the the last 5 years, your system and a RX 5700XT or RTX 2070 should be more than enough for 1440p with high-ultra settings.
