would my ups give me enough power to run my system

Run your system? yes.
How long? a few minutes.

Alot depends on the battery in the UPS and its condition but given that it is 600 VA that should give you about 5 minutes even if your system id using a full 600w. In reality you need to measure the VA or wattage used (measure from the wall outlet) by the system, convert watts to VA if needed, and compare that to the run-time diagram for your UPS. Not all UPS's can supply fullpower over the full drain of the battery. Lead acid batteries tend to drop voltage and current as they get nearer the end of what they can supply whereas lithiums can maintain peak supply longer but drop off really fast near the end. Again, this would be for a good battery. one thats a few years old probably would not work nearly as well as a new one thou it still may give you enough time to cleanly shutdown.

it looks like you already have non-essentials elimiinated rfrom your UPS like speakers. Cudos for that!
