Would these specs be decent?

I'm trying to get an very low budget gaming PC, and I'm wondering what games this could run/if it could run games at med-high settings.
Specs:
Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad 2.33GHz Quad Core Processor
Memory: 6GB DDR2 gaming memory with heat sink.
Graphics Card: Geforce GTX 460 1GB
Optical Drive: 24X DVD burner
Hard Drive: 500GB SATA II 7200 RPM
Case: CFI Bastet
Power Supply: 550 Watts after market power supply

Don't go expecting great performance, but it should run ok at medium-high in most games, depending on resolution

Agreed, depending on your resoultion it would run games OK at medium settings.
