I want to edit and process large videos in adobe premiere. I also want to record with fraps and play games like garry's mod, minecraft, battle field (any battle field really), and so on. With out commenting saying how I should get a different/better screen or how I should use something better then fraps. With the things I do with the programs I choose to use, will those computer serve me well?

Windows 7 Professional 64 bit
Dell 1920x1080 lcd screen

The only point of concern is the "1000W Standard"

That does not fill me with hope that all that lovely expensive hardware is going to be powered by a quality PSU....do they give any clue as to what PSU will be going in the machine?

If your dead set on getting water cooling regardless, then thats fine. But you could ditch the expensive water cooling and go with cheaper big air, and a core i7 which would be better overall, particularly for gaming, and about on par witth the 8 core for video rendering, depending on the specific application you use. It'll also use a lot less power doing so.
