could ireplace the cpu with a fx 8350 later and the gpu with msi radeon r9 290x 4gb gddr5
without making any upgrades

Absolutely yes to the above questions - don't pay extra for the 4gb version of the 270x though - its a waste of money ,the 2gb model is just as good.
