Case: Dell Precision T1600

Mobo: HP Workstation XW9400 DDR2 SDRAM 6 Core System Board 408544-005 571889-001 https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=2RC-001A-000N1

Processors: TWO(2) AMD Opteron 2220 SE 2.8GHz Socket F 1207 Dual-Core CPU OSY2220GAA6CQ https://www.amazon.com/AMD-Opteron-2-8GHz-Dual-Core-OSY2220GAA6CQ/dp/B00J9198GI

Power Source: 1000w from Dell Precision (more info if needed)

GPU: Geforce GTX 560 Ti (from 1st build, upgraded to 970)

RAM: 16 x 2 GB Samsung 2$x8 PC2-5300F-555-11 DDR2 (I have risers)

Overall just a mosh pit of random parts that I think would work thats cheap. I have the GPU, Power supply, RAM, and case. I also have the processor from the T1600 as well as the mobo (both unknown as of rn).

Thanks!

What are you using your PC for? For workstation applications, this PC will be slow by today's standards but usable. If you're trying to game, the CPU has absolutely dreadful single-core performance (and having two CPUs will be worthless here), slower than most Core2 Duo processors and even a lot of later Pentium 4s.

It would most likely just be for fun not so much gaming. Do you suggest any somewhat cheap processors that work will in a pair?

The XW9400 Mainboard will not fit inside the Dell T1600 case. HP motherboard is EATX form factor while that Dell looks like a mini ATX. Look at the expansion slots. Mainboard has seven, Dell case just 4!
Anyway I'm getting this HP motherboard too because I have a first revision of the XW9400 that only supports dual core Opteron. Can you confirm that revision of the board you mantioned, will support up to six core?
