Would a Cooler Master Hyper TX3 cpu cooler fit inside a Rosewill Galaxy - 02 case?

I can't imagine there being an issue - the TX3 is not a massive cooler, it's a reasonably sized mid-tower, and I think (though I'm not 100% sure) I've seen a 212 in a Rosewill Galaxy, which has a larger heatsink.

The case you have has 8.2" in Depth and the Cooler is 139mm in Height which is 5.4" tall so yes, it will fit even with the motherboard and processor installed.
