Will that setup run Call Of Duty and Battlefield games at good FPS on medium settings? And is it possible that I could maybe put it at high? I'm new to PC so I know very little about this...

Also could anyone tell me if the GPU will be bottlenecked please?

Thanks :)

I would not even bother with the 6300 and try to get the 8320 for the cpu.
For your graphics card, its not that great and I would go for a 750 ti. Do not expect good fps with this card for 1080p high setting gaming.
You can overclock the 750 ti card and get some good performance but do not expect anything major.
