Would this PSU be enough?

Would a 550W PSU be enough for this build and what would you recommend?

Yes 550w is enough as long as it is a GOOD psu and not some cheapo garbage psu.

Anything by Seasonic, XFX, Antec, Super Flower, or EVGA's B2, G2, or GS series





You should get the Xeon e3-1231v3 instead of that i7

Whether a PSU will be 'enough' or not is more a question of quality than quantity these days. Your PC might run fine on a good quality 380W PSU like Antec's EarthWatt but blow up if you used a 550W Diablotek (one of the reference standards for 'garbage') PSU.
