Would this run smoothly?

I'm running this: (Acer Aspire M5700)

Intel Core 2 Quad Q8300
4GB DDR2 RAM
300W stock PSU
x4500HD integrated
750GB HDD

I want to upgrade the machine a little bit in the graphics department, but I'm thinking the stock PSU is probably too crappy since I want to put in an ATI HD4670 or something similar to that. I know people run HD4670 at 300W fine, but that's probably on a more reliable PSU. So I want to upgrade both the PSU and the graphics card.

Here's the PSU I'm looking at: (Corsair 400W)

The graphics card I'm looking at are:
ATI HD4670-

GeForce 9600 GSO-

Would this PSU + GPU upgrade combination make everything run smoothly for upcoming games like SC2? I do light gaming (WC3), but some intensive bioinformatics work that greatly benefit from this sort of upgrade.

Thanks in advance.

I'm not expecting too much from the upgrades as I don't play too many games. It's mostly for work related programs that require a dedicated GPU. I would spare a little more, but I'm only looking to play SC2 and Blizzard does a fantastic job of releasing games with low system requirements.

The monitor I'm using now is a 23" Acer monitor running at 1920 x 1080.

I don't know much about this resolution deal, but isn't the max resolution supported by the HD4670 2560 X 1600? I mean, even the integrated graphics I have right now supports the 23" monitor just fine. The only game that I play right now is WC3 and integrated graphics runs that flawlessly.

My main problem with the integrated graphics is that it chugs a little slower and produces crappy images when I use my work programs. Would SC2 really look that terrible with a HD4670? I'll probably run it at a little lower resolution but would that make such a huge difference?

And the Corsair 400W PSU would support everything on my system(CPU, HD4670, RAM, etc) perfectly fine?
