i5 6500 skylake and GTX 960

or

i3 6100 and GTX 970

I watched on youtube the i3 with 970 is higher fps than i5 6500 and gtx 960.
Do i3 6100 and 970 affects fps / bottleneck ?

June 10 - GTX 1070 release date. Performs better than a Titan X/980 Ti. Will cost $370 to start.

June 29 - AMD's RX480 is released. $199. Most likely (no doubt in my or anybody's mind) will be better than a GTX 970.

I have a feeling you may be buying these cards at the wrong time.

Yes yes im planing to save money for RX480 but im here in the Philippines. Our gpu prices are so over priced. I hope i the RX480 will costs 10 thousand below.
