Question Wrong BIOS VERSION UPDATE???

I bought a laptop two months ago and Im very disappointed with its battery that was draining every 10seconds and after 6minutes its totally drained. I searched a solution in my manufacturer website and i found a solution of updating BIOS AND EC will help the anomalies of battery reading of the model. The thing is the bios version indicating is exclusively for model CB15SH3 and the model of mine is CB15SH35. I UPDATED THAT BIOS IN MY LAPTOP AND NOW IM STUCK WITH THE MANUFACTURER LOGO. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLS my manufacturer takes a lot of ticket to respond 😭😭

If you cannot access the BIOS in order to flash correct version you will more than likely have to send laptop to manufacturer for repair.

I have downloaded the right version in my pendrive but the things is everytime I press F12 it wont show the pendrive. And when I click the enter setup it turns black. Is their any other way to force the laptop to read the pendrive first so I can install the right version
