wrong bios version

Solution
You cant upgrade bios without a supported cpu.

You (or a shop) will need to remove your current cpu, put in a supported cpu and apply new paste, upgrade the bios, replace your cpu and apply new paste.
Depending on the shop it will probably come out around the same cost as a budget cpu is going to be around $50. Most vendors have specific cpu return policies for this reason so that people wont buy it just to flash bios and then return it, and now the store has to send it back to OEM because they cant sell it with the thermal paste already messed up.

factory reset are for windows, not bios, once it updated, it updated.
By the way what do you mean you installed a bios not support your cpu? You installed an older version?
