hello,
im new here so I dont know if im at the right forum so if im wrong im sorry.
i have a problem with a specific game - FIFA 21 - im getting more fps than i should and that make the game too fast and i cant really control the players.
The problem discoverd like 2 months ago and im really exhausted , i tried everything - vsync on/off/adpative/fast and nothing fix this.
im adding my dxdiag report and youtube video that you can see the problem .
the right fps that i should get is 166 . thanks a lot.

right fps - but still the doesnt react well.
I format my pc and now im getting only the wrong fps.
