It's the same as the standard Midway B&W motherboard board, just
with the correct ROMs and strapping...

What do you mean by "strapping"?

The configuration of the soldered-in jumpers. Each
type of ROM (or EPROM) requires a different
configuration depending on it's individual pinout.
