WTF why my chipset is getting ---->SOO HOT<-----??????

Solution
Most motherboards have their chipset (also called PCH on new motherboards) so hot you can't touch it. Happened on my old AMD Athlon Gigabyte motherboard, on my old Core2Quad ASUS P5QPro motherboard, and still happens on my brand new Gigabyte Z97X Gaming 3.

You should install a program called Core Temp. This detects the temperature of your cpu. Once you have that installed launch it and just do what you normally do on your computer for a while and tell me the highest temp

Idk the real cpu temps but CPU is is like only 40-50 °c

Did you use core temp?

i will try it tomorrow because its midnight in Latvia and i want to sleep.

soo maybe thats normal...

It shouldn't happen but seems the chip can handle it. Those chips are made using 2-3 generations old technology (90 micrometer or maybe even worse). Still i think motherboard manufacturers should find a way to lower those temps somehow. The fact the the GPU sits right on top or next to the chipset doesn't help at all. Example of what i have in my PC case (GPU is slightly different but covers the red PCH heatsink in a similar manner):
