Honestly, if he doesn't mind me saying, why don't you just ask him about a lower price? If its reasonable, then he probably will work with you. For me, due to me being scammed, he ended up selling me mine for $160 and he UPS over night air'd it to me.

You Bastard!!!. Your post persuaded me to purchase a chip hoping I'd get the same luck. 4.8ghz @ 1.30v 50 IBT passes, prime95 12 hrs stable.

Don't know where shadowsnkx is getting his supplies but his chips are solid and at a great price. Do not hesitate to purchase.
