Can I run WWE 2k15 on an AMD. Apu A-84500m quad core 1.9ghz with AMD redeon hd 7640g with 4gb ram either on a low or medium setting?

Minimum specs above. My guess is that you'll be able to play on low settings but not at a very good frame rate.
