You're going to find that this build has A LOT more performance at the same price.

Comes with Bioshock Infinite Crysis 3 and FarCry 3as well

16 gigs is more than you ever need. 32 is a waste of a hundred bucks. Also, $3000 build, and a $50 case? Also, you don't need to spend more than $130 on a psu; that's a waste of $200. MORE IMPORTANTLY, a 3770k is lga 1155 based, meaning that a lga 2011 mobo won't work at all. But with a $3000 budget, I'd recommend a i7-3930k. Six cores, lga 2011. Also, I dunno if you need to spend $340 on a mobo. That's a lot of money. ALSO, I'd go with dual 7970's,7950's, or 670's. GTX 680's a a little pricy for their performance. Two 7970's would perform just as well, and save you $100

This system should easily last 5+ years playing games on ultra...

The CPU cooler is the best there is without creating your own custom water cooling loop.

There is plenty of cooling capability for all of the components.

Cpu coolers don't apply to gpu's. The system should last a good 6 or 7 years, until parts start falling off, or more likely, it gets outdated. For overheating worries, just make sure you have a nice big full tower case with good cable management, and airflow. If you're really worried, get yourself a couple aftermarket case fans.

Triple or Quad SLI/CrossFire configs are ineffecient, but you can upgrade to 3 cards if you want. This is if you want high power:
