Hi there everyone I'm in a bit of a pickle. Last week I turned my pc on and none of the usbs were working on the motherboard. So I opened it up checked leads and all and swapped usb one for the other one still no joy. A person from a msi forum said to clear CMOS Reset bios jumper. I'm worried it's going to format my hdd which is a partitioned 4tb drive.

CMOS clear doesn't format the HDD , it puts the BIOS back to default settings.

Ah thank you
