Question X670 AORUS ELITE AX rev.1.2 wont post with Duel Chanel Memory

Spec :
7800x3d
Gigabyte X670 AORUS ELITE AX
Gigabyte 4080super Wind force
2 Memory kits tested separately (G.skill 6000MTs CL30 DDR5 one XMP one EXPO)

Will only post when memory slots A1 (and)or A2 are populated, no post when when memory is installed in either B1 or B2 (so the recommended setup of A2,B2 will not post) so first guess is a bad memory controller.

When memory is installed A1 A2 and XMP or EXPO is enabled the system will also not post.

Things Tried:
Cleared CMOS
Updated to latest BIOS

Any Suggestions to get this system running in duel channel with XMP or EXPO

Check cpu socket for bent/broken pins.
