I recently made a move across states, had my computer as secure as possible. I had problems with this motherboard before, as I had 120 second boot times I couldn’t shake that’s a whole story in itself, essentially got stuck in particular random boot codes, but other than that its worked pretty flawlessly. After moving across states, it now flicks between two codes really fast when I turn the PC on, never ending. The RGB on the ram sticks stay lit and the CPU/DRAM light flash back and forth as the codes change. If I hold the reset button for 5 seconds AND unplug my GPU’s PCIE connector from the motherboard, it’s able to boot up everything besides my icue link attachments (fans, pump, cpu block etc.) oddly. I had one weird circumstance where it booted up all the icue link attachments just fine after letting it sit for 12 hours, but accidentally hit the reset button and it hasn’t again since. If I hold the reset button with the PCIE from my GPU plugged in, the reset button trick doesn’t work.

I’ve tried reseating ram across all slots, reseating CPU, clearing CMOS, disconnecting particular icue link attachments, nothing. Since they all powered up that one boot up with no noticeable issues, I assume they’re fine. My first thought is either PSU or motherboard, but I personally am putting my money on the motherboard. Any thoughts or opinions are appreciated so I can save a buck/time avoiding buying multiple replacement parts and returning them.

My first thought is either PSU or motherboard
When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model.

Since you can't tell us what BIOS version you're on at this moment of time, you could try and reflash the BIOS. If this is your motherboard;

2000

reflash the BIOS with the latest BIOS file following instructions outlined in this guide. Then clear...

You might have a grounding issue, have you tried relocating to another wall outlet?

CPU: AMD 7950x 3D
CPU cooler: Corsair Water Block XC7
Motherboard: x670e Aorus Master
Ram: 64GB (2x32) Corsair DDR5 6000 mt/s 30-36-36-76
SSD/HDD: 980 evo PRO 4TB, 970 evo 2TB
GPU: 7900 XTX EK water block
PSU: RM 1000e less than a year old, just replaced because 800 watts wasn’t enough.
Chassis: Corsair 7000D, 8x120mm intake fans, 4x140mm exhausts, 420mm rad/360mm rad
OS:Win 11 newest version as of September
Monitor: gigabyte m32u 4k, 144 hz, LG (forgot model number) 24” 1440p 144hz
Bios version is either 32 or 33, just updated it in September along with chipsets/latest Radeon version.

You were right, I changed plugs and I was able to boot it up with the GPU plugged in which I’ve never been able to do thus far. None of the icue link is booting still, I’m thinking I’m going to sleep it off and boot it up in the morning, because it’s happened twice where first boot in the morning, the icuelink works oddly, maybe needs some kinda reset/capacitor drain, very odd I’m not sure

Update: just tried turning on after leaving off for 30 minutes with power supply switched to 0 and now all the icuelink in working, but now motherboard is getting stuck on 92, and another boot 9C, hmm

Update 2: just got boot to windows, let’s go!! Thanks a lot
