X99 or wait for Broadwell on 1150?

So I've been doing a lot of thinking and research and i cant decide between waiting for x99 and Haswell E or going with broadwell on the 1150 socket. If i do stay with 1150 i want a mobo that can do 3 way sli like the maximus vi extreme. Will there be a maximus vii extreme coming out? I use my rig for gaming with a lot of mods and a little bit of video editing and programming.

you know that X-99 is for haswell E
and haswell E will be like 990$ ?
if you have money for as you want

Yes i do know that, thats why i said it at the beginning. And itll most likely be more than that you know.

Well broadwell will obviously be cheaper. It depends on your budget
