What does this light mean !?

I can't find any information about it

It's just a standby light... can't turn it off, it's just there. If it starts to drive you nuts, you can put a small piece of black electrical tape over it.

Thanks very much -- there's no image after boot and no other LEDs are flashing so I don't know exactly what I'm missing
