Xbox 360 Elite or PS3 , which to buy?

PS3 is an extremely better console than the 360 Elite. Incredibly the 360 Elite is alot more expensive due to it's accessories, where when you buy the PS3, most of them are built in. Also about the PS3 with it's "Lack of Games", PS# now has over 300 games at the moment, and I think that's plenty considering how much you plan to play them, and p.laying different games from time to time will keep you from getting bored of them. Another reason to buy the PS3 is because of it's free internet services. If you have internet, you can simply connect online without a Wireless adapter being it is built in to the PS3, and Playstation Network, basically Xbox Live, but with some differences, such as Playstation Store and more, which comes free. Fans on the PS3 are much more quiet than the Xbox 360, and the graphics are much more realistic and extremely more entertaining. In the case of the battle between Xbox 360 Elite and PS3, the choice is obvious. The PS3 is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better.

I'm thinking of buying a gaming console next week , and I'm totally confused between the "Xbox 360 Elite" and the "PS3" ?

As we all know there is a major war going on between these two consoles because we have the "Xbox 360's Rrod" and on the other hand we have the expensive "PS3" with its lack of games !

So considering the problems of each what would you recommend the "Xbox 360 Elite" or the "PS3" ? why ?

I've been facing the same decision dilemma recently, until i realized, i'm not an "online gamer", i do not currently own Blu Ray movies, I'm not buying a console to "check my e-mail and such", i'm buying one to play bad ass games!

XBOX 360 does have way more games out there, a lot of exclusives too, and now they're both the same price (299.99$)... Next week after i move i'm getting my new XBOX 360 ELITE!

Im sorry but you ps3 guys are pathetic. Your finding the littlest things wrong with the 360 and making them look huge. If you seriously want to convince anyone otherwise come up with a better excuse.

Do Not Buy An Xbox 360 Pro! if u want an xbox 360 just get an arcade! buy a hardrive and a system cooling fan!

the system cooling fan is so it doesn't overheat it will only overheat after a while!

i havn't got or played a ps3 but they don't break down as easy, u don't need 2 pay for live or microsoft points and a faily good thing about them is u don't see how do i fix my ps3? wat u do see is though how do i fix my xbox 360?

i play on my brothers xbox 360 pro and every time I play it won't read the disk! it will say open tray but if someone else plays it it's like magic! so think again of which console to buy by reffering to this help

Honestly, I started out wanting the 360, but heard so much about rrod, I went with with ps3. My decision is confirmed when my friend got a 360 and it was overheating when using it horizontally. He had to stand it up for it to play right. Plus blu ray is a plus, even on standard dvd's, upconversion is great to me. And for exclusives, 360 might have more, but I had a lot of fun with uncharted. And free online is great too.

Except that games will still be released exclusively on DVD, so titles like Rage will look worse and will require multiple discs. The Xbox360 still doesn't have Wi-Fi, Free online, Bluetooth support, upgradable hard drives, a web browser, and more. 😀

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- O.K. im proving u wrong, I have wifi in me 360, upgraded my hard drives, and also downloaded an apps for web browsing. In other words, the 360 has kinda all the same features thas the PS3 have, the only exeption is the Bluetooth...
