My feelings exactly. The court convicted monopolist Microsoft may do a back room deals with game publishers to not release games for the PS3 and that shows how desperate they are to try and rid themselves of a superior competitor. I do agree MS has allot of fan boys who have bought 2 or 3 of the Crapbox 360s because of RROD and other issues with the Crapbox. These are the same lemmings that swear Winblows 7 is the best OS ever, probably pimply face teenagers.

Sorry it took so long to respond, I was playing Mass Effect 2.

The XBOX has Halo, Mass Effect2, GoW, Forza 3 and XBOX Live. When, and if, GT5 ever is released on the PS3, I will probably go get one. There just isn't anything compelling over there right now for me.

you get get like few TB's of space for your pc for that kind of money... what is M$ here charging for?? the gray plastic cover on the hard drive?

I guess the 5 HDDs and 1 SSD I have in my PC, totalling nearly 3.5TB is a bit over the top, but at least I can have every game I have ever owned installed at once, with No_CD patches.

The Xbox 360 has been out for 5 years and is really starting to show. The only way this will gain acceptance is if downloaded games have a subsidy, then they can drop the price of the HDDs too when uptake increases.

[citation][nom]demonhorde665[/nom]soem will open this sucker , learn what make adn model teh HDD is and then release a easy (and cheaper) web hack to throw a 250 hdd into your hd;'s shell by flashing it's firm ware.[/citation]
Do you suck at spelling on purpose or are you trying to be cool?
Fail at both, BTW.

There seems to be a lot of nos' about buying it at the price of 170 dollars! but i would like to have it for all the mass media that i can hardly fit on a 60GB hard drive. I install all of my game and i download a lot of games, videos and movies...plus the occasional song from CD. Plus i have a feeling that if they sell it in America we will end up paying more than we would in Japan. 170 dollars is actually a really good deal to the relating price of a 120 gig drive, its just 20 bucks more! I don't see why people would deny such a good deal, especially for those people who've been saving up for a 120 gig because they only need to save just a little more and then just have to wait. There's very little positivity on the subject but there's more good behind this 250 gig hard drive than people know or would like to believe.

IMO 170$ for 250Gb = Major rip-off, my PS3 has a Western Digital Scorpio Black 320Gb that was only 75.00$ (Egg) .... MS should come up with a design similar to what the PS3 uses for easy OEM hard-drive swapping, all the 360 fans will be very pleased =)
