Question Xbox App Keep Crashing in Win 11

My Xbox app in my PC just keep crashing even after i reinstall my windows, they cant even open, crash 5 second after i click to open. I did reinstall, update, clear everything, nothing happen, and i did change my storage from my M2 sata to NVME (of course i need to reinstall windows) but wierdly the xbox app still broken. They said 0x80040904 code Error on Xbox Installer. I did almost everything to troubleshoot but still broken. I hope somebody can help me. Thanks

What Xbox app is crashing? Source of the app?

Oh yeah, Sorry about that. I am using Ryzen 7 5700X, Asus A320MK Prime, Ram 32 GB, MSI Mech RX 6700XT, 3 TB Storage (NVME, SSD and HDD). I am currently using Windows 11 Pro Ver. 23H2; OS Build 22631.3007. The Xbox App for play some game you know? With Big Green X and White like that. I install it from website and MS Store but still error. I still manage to play somegame from MS Store but not all of them ofc.
