Xbox One Stereo Headset Adapter Help

I have the turtle beaches XLa that I bought for the 360 and now i want to use it for the xbox one. Is the xbox one stereo headset adapter compatible with my headset? Below are the wires

yup it's compatible, however I MUST WARN YOU that the 3.5 to 2.5mm adapter that comes with the adapter itself is horrible. The alternative is to use a Turtle Beach 2.5mm to 3.5mm male cable, but that won't really work with your headset. This is probably a good time to upgrade your headset to something like the X12s or some wireless PX3s btw, but to answer your original question, yup it'll work.
