[SOLVED] Xbox Play Anywhere

I have Windows 10 build 1803. I can't get any Xbox games to play on pc except for Gears of War 4. I have Forza Horizon 4 that I am trying to play on my pc and it show I need to buy it on the Microsoft store. I also have BF4 and 1 and GTA V if those are play anywhere.

Most Xbox games aren't compatible with PC, so you will either have to buy them on Microsoft store, or on Steam.
