[SOLVED] Xc00000f with distorted screen

My windows pc won’t boot, I get the error above plus red lines across my screen.
The red lines are present even on the bios screen.
I have replaced the sata cables with new so it’s not a cable problem. Is it likely to be my motherboard or graphics card or just a problem with windows.
I have an a55m-33 motherboard and a gigabyte GV-R785OC-1GD with an Athlon x4 processor.
