Xeon 1230 V3 or i5 6600K or AMD Processor for rendering

Hi guys,

I want to make another pc for rendering, because i'm working with 3Dmax, SketchUp, Vray and Photoshop.

I need a little help from you guys, which processor is the best one for rendering.. Xeon with 8 threads? i5? or AMD? But truthfully i'd prefer Intel..

Or you guys can give me another options for rendering cpu?
