Xeon vs i5

I'm about to order parts for my new rig in 3 hours at 2pm GMT and i want some quick advice on the cpu.
Straightforward question... Xeon E3-1230 v3 vs. Core i5 4690k???

I don't want to overclock and i will be streaming with this new pc.

streaming? go with the xeon i'd say as it offers hyper threading.
